All you need is Massive VST. It's an old school synthesiser made by Native Instruments.

Serum didn't exist before 2014.

If you want a full atmosphere, use FL Studio 11 or Ableton live 9.

Get some presets for Massive, they all pretty much sound like Knife Party.

Get [redacted] samples dubstep vol 1, 2 and 3.

Mix them all!

Boom, you have a classic brostep banger.
